Scholarships are granted through our non-profit, Humanex Foundation, and the Alex C. Teves Memorial Scholarship Fund ACT-Foundation. The availability of scholarship amounts are based on previous year’s donation drives and fundraising efforts. We use the FACTS system to help us determine the scholarship award.

Once on the site, click on the link to GRANTS and FINANCIAL AID and follow the instructions. You will need to submit a completed Financial Aid application on the FACTS Tuition Management System which includes your 2022 & 2023 tax returns for the 2024-2025 school year.
Returning Families Next Steps and Deadlines: Please submit all necessary documentation by April 20, 2025, for verification of need. Award Date will be on or by May 1, 2025.
New Families Next Steps and Deadlines: Please submit all the necessary documentation no later than July 15, 2025. It takes the FACTS system about one to two weeks to verify your application. Only verified applications will be considered at the deadline date of August 1, 2025. Award Date will be on or by August 1st of each school year.
Rolling Admission Families Next Steps and Deadlines: Humanex Academy has a rolling admissions practice. Therefore, if your student is admitted during an academic school year, presents a financial need, and if there is scholarship money available, a family may apply to see if they qualify for a pro-rated scholarship award. Award Date will be granted once the FACTS system has verified the need and the Scholarship Committee makes a final determination.
Notification Process: All families will be notified of a Scholarship decision. If your student is approved, you will receive the Scholarship Award Letter.
Scholarship Requirements: Please read, sign, and return the Scholarship Award Letter to Humanex Academy. In addition, we request all families to write a note to the Teves family highlighting how the scholarship will impact their student’s studies at Humanex. This scholarship is made possible through their ongoing, tireless efforts.
Application of Scholarship: Once we receive both the signed Scholarship Award Letter and the Note, we will apply the determined amount to your account. Failure to turn in either document will delay this process.
Final Thought: We recognize that financial circumstances may change unexpectedly at any time during a school year for a variety of reasons. Therefore, families are welcome to apply at any time.
