Scholarships are granted through our non-profit, Humanex Foundation, and the Alex C. Teves Memorial Scholarship Fund ACT-Foundation. Scholarship amounts are based on previous year’s fundraising efforts and are awarded from the information provided on the Financial Aid application through FACTS.
Getting Started on FACTS: Once on the site, click on the link to GRANTS and FINANCIAL AID and follow the instructions. You will need to submit a completed Financial Aid application on the FACTS Tuition Management System which includes your 2022 & 2023 tax returns for the 2024-2025 school year.
Next Steps and Deadline for Returning Families: Please submit all necessary documentation by April 20, 2025, for verification of need. Award Date will be on or by May 1, 2025.
Next Steps and Deadline for New Families: Please submit all the necessary documentation no later than July 15, 2025. It takes the FACTS system about one to two weeks to verify your application. Only verified applications will be considered at the deadline date of August 1, 2025. Award Date will be on or by August 1st of each school year.
Next Steps and Deadline for Families admitted during a school year: Humanex Academy has a rolling admissions practice. Therefore, if your student is admitted during an academic school year, presents a financial need, and if there is scholarship money available, a family may apply to see if they qualify for a pro-rated scholarship award. Award Date will be granted once the FACTS system has verified the need and the Scholarship Committee makes a final determination.
Notification Process: All families will be notified of a Scholarship decision. If your student is approved, please read, sign, and return the Award letter to Humanex Academy. Once your signed Award letter arrives, we will apply the Scholarship amount to your account.
