“I love working at Humanex Academy because of the open collaboration with Staff and Administration. I enjoy the different personalities and unique and varied skill sets each teaching staff member. I am proud of our staff’s implementation of a supportive and experiential learning atmosphere for our students. The staff and students also like keeping it creative – they show the willingness to try new and innovative things in and out of the classroom. I love the energy the students bring to class and their ability to take space, seek help, and evaluate their emotions so they can continue on with their day. Over the years, it has been a joy to have witnessed all the growth and progression the students have made socially, emotionally, and academically. Lastly, my students show the ability to have fun, give effort, appreciate humor, and give creative input in all my classes – this is invaluable and you can not put a price tag on that.”
